Howea forsteriana, the Kentia palm or thatch palm is a relatively slow-growing palm, eventually growing up to 10 m tall by 6 m wide. Its fronds can reach 3 m long. Palms are beautiful additions to any garden or indoor space if you're going for the beach or island vibe

As in indoor care, the Howea Forsteriana needs a slightly moist soil. Watering should only be done when 1 or 2 inches of the top soil is already dry. Make sure that your soil's drainage is effective to avoid root rot. Misting would also be ideal to imitate humidity in its environment.
