This Rare and delicate chocolate is made in micro-batches from cocoa beans cultivated in hilly woodland at the edge of the Vietnamese Central Highlands between Madagui and Bao Loc. It’s won numerous awards and we find flavour notes of balsamic, bread and raisins with a black cherry finish. All the chocolate are crafted in Saigon using purely Vietnamese ingredients of the highest quality.
Store in a dry place between 16 – 18 °C
